Every Mignonette Bridal gown is made to order and carefully prepared for you. Please review our production and shipping timelines below before placing your order.

Made to Order

All Mignonette Bridal dresses are made to order. We do not keep finished dresses in stock. Each gown is prepared specifically after your order is placed.

Because every gown is made to order, your total delivery time consists of two stages: making time and shipping time.

Making Time: 15–21 days Your gown generally requires 15–21 days to be made before it is ready to ship.

Shipping Options

Once your gown has completed production, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping times are calculated after your gown has completed production and has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Making & Production Time

Our standard making time is approximately 15–21 days.

Production begins after your order has been confirmed and all required order information has been received.

Making time is separate from shipping time. The total time from placing your order until receiving your gown therefore includes both production and transit.

⚡Rush Orders

Rush orders are available for all dresses and all sizes.

If you need your gown sooner than the standard production and shipping timeframe, you can select the rush order option at checkout.

The rules are as follows:

  • All dresses can be ordered as rush orders.
  • All sizes are eligible for rush production.
  • The rush order price is displayed at checkout.
  • Rush orders are confirmed automatically.
  • The rush production fee is non-refundable.
Rush Order Timeline When the rush order conditions are met, the estimated delivery timeframe is 2–3 weeks from the date of order confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Time

Your total delivery timeframe depends on the production time and the shipping method selected.

Express Shipping Approximately 12–17 days for making, followed by approximately 3–5 days for shipping.
Standard Shipping Approximately 15–21 days for making, followed by approximately 10–15 days for shipping.

These are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs processing may also affect delivery times. Mignonette Bridal is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Tracking

Once your gown has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your package has been handed over to the carrier.
